Use of Services

TBRA provides events, networking opportunities, and resources for the commercial real estate community. You agree to use these services for lawful and professional purposes only.

Registrations & Payments

All event registrations and memberships must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 36 hours prior to an event are eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 36 hours of the event.

Event Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all TBRA events.

Intellectual Property

All TBRA content, branding, and materials are the property of TBRA and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TBRA is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur in connection with participation in TBRA events or use of its services.

Changes to Terms

TBRA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.
